Shop Policy

Our Shop Policies outline the terms of Service by Artisaire and you, the PRO partner. By using and having an active account you agree to the Shop Policies outlined below. These policies outline our service level agreements, client resolutions, and intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to update our policies at any time with reasonable notice. 

Program Purpose

Our Program is a trade program with the purpose of providing businesses with access and pricing to our custom products. Our products must be used as a material or embellishment on your product or packaging.

  • "Artisaire", "We", "Our", "Us", refers to Artisaire

  • "PRO Partner", "You", "They", "Them" refers to you as the company registered to our Program

1. Orders

  • Ordering - All orders must be placed on this Site, orders placed on will be subject to terms, and cannot be combined with orders. Permissions granted under the Program are only applicable to orders made on
  • Order Edits - We are able to make edits to your items for up to 1 hour after the order is placed. We are able to change shipping addresses until the order has been fulfilled. You can cancel your order within 1 hour from your order history page. After that time period please contact us at for assistance.
  • Cancellations - We are able to cancel any order up until the items are fulfilled. For custom items, cancellation requests received within 1 hour are eligible for a full refund, cancellations once your order has been processed are only eligible for a refund of 50% of the products + shipping charges. Non custom items are eligible for cancellations and a full refund up until the items have been fulfilled.

     You will receive any refunds via your original payment method within 3- 5 business days once the request has been processed.
  • Artwork Storage - We will hold all submitted artworks on file for 365 days from the time of ordering. You may contact us for an artwork release within this time period, and we will be able to send you the production ready file for your records.
  • Resolutions - For order issue resolutions please refer to our Returns (3), Warranty (4), or Remakes (5) clauses.

2. Delivery

  • Timeline Estimations - Timelines provided at checkout are an estimation of when your order will arrive. Delays due to weather, pandemics, artwork, order volumes, or mechanic failure may occur.
  • Ship By Dates - Ship by dates provided at checkout are based on our typical fulfillment times. For custom products, we require vector artwork on a dieline to meet timelines quoted. We guarantee your order will ship within 1 business day of the ship by date provided at checkout. In the event we experience delays greater than 1 business day your shipping method will be upgraded at no charge. If we are unable to meet your timeline due to delays you may cancel your order and receive 100% of your funds back.
  • Delivery Dates - Delivery dates are provided by our shipping carriers, and are the typical times it takes to deliver your order. Delays may occur due to weather, pandemics, mechanic failures, etc. We are not responsible for any delays due to shipping, for late deliveries please reach out to us at and we can submit a claim on your behalf. If the claim is approved we can proceed with a shipping refund. We are only able to submit a claim once the order has been delivered.  

3. Returns

  • Eligibility - You may return any unused, undamaged, and non-customized items with the original shipping boxes within 30 days of receiving your items. We are not responsible for any label or shipment costs. Eligible items returned outside of the 30 day window will be refunded via store credit only. Start a return claim here.
  • Timeline - Once your items have arrived to our studio we will process your return, this will take 1-2 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund for any eligible items within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Damaged, used, or custom items are not eligible for returns.

4. Warranty

  • General Warranty - We guarantee the function and quality of our products. Any items you receive will be free from defects and damages, and made to your specifications. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrectly made, we will replace the item at no cost to you. To start a warranty claim, fill out the form on this page.
  • Client Satisfaction - If items have been fulfilled to your order details and are free from defects or damages, we are unable to process a warranty request. If you are unhappy with your items Please refer to our Remake clause (5) for custom items, for non-custom items please refer to our Returns clause (3).

5. Remakes

  • Outline - We understand clients can change their mind or mistakes can happen, if you are unhappy with the custom items you received we can remake your items at 50% of the original value + shipping, our Remake clause covers up to $500 USD per order (non-discounted value). To start the remake process please submit a request. If you received a damaged or defective item, please refer to our warranty clause (4). For non-custom items please refer to our Returns clause (3).
  • Eligibility - Our remake policy can only be used for custom items. It may only be used once per order, and can't be used to create an original order or additional quantities. A change must be made to your items to qualify, such as dieline, color, or artwork modifications. Remakes are subject to approval on a case by case basis. Our Remake Policy covers common issues such as, but not limited to, ordering an incorrect product configuration, typos in artwork, client choice changes, etc.

6. Licensing

  • Selling - Under our Program, you are permitted to use our products as a material or embellishment with your products. You are required to be an authorized Reseller to directly resell our products through eCommerce listings or a storefront. NOTE: A PRO account does not grant Resell authorization, please contact us for more information.
  • Products - Products purchased on are subject to the terms and licensing set forth on, and this Program does not grant any privileges to orders made on
  • General Brand Disclosure - PRO Partners are not required to disclose Artisaire has fulfilled their items. A PRO Partner may not claim the items have been made by them. If a PRO Partner is required to disclose a manufacturer, Artisaire may be referred to as a "Production Partner".
  • Tools & Supplies Brand Disclosure - In the case where wax seals have been made by a PRO Partner using our Tools & Supplies, they may claim the items have been made by them. The Tools & Supplies themselves may not be claimed or branded a product of the PRO Partner.
  • Artisaire & Artisaire PRO Copyright - The content on and is protected under copyright law. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content on or content on official Social Media channels, without prior written consent. 
  •  Artisaire & Artisaire PRO trademarks - No agency, partnership, joint venture, distributor, wholesale, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee relationship, etc. is intended or created by having a PRO account. You may not use our logo, word mark, or other trademark assets for promotional or commercial uses without prior written consent.
  • Digital Assets - You are permitted to use digital assets and content specifically delivered to you via a hosted download page. You may not distribute or sell these assets.
  • Additional Privileges - Additional privileges may be granted to PRO Partners with written permission or signing as a Wholesaler. 

7. Services

  • Artwork Submission Integrity - You are responsible for submitting copyright-free and original materials, reference images or description. You acknowledge and understand that you will carry full liability in the case that materials, reference images, or description of a design provided by you infringe the rights of a third party.
  • Alleged Artwork Infringement - In case there is a possible defect or we believe that by continuing the provision of a Service, there might be an infringement of third party rights, in particular, intellectual property rights' infringement, we reserve the right to put the requested service on hold for up to 30 days.

     If, within 30 days, you cannot resolve the issue or reach an agreement with us on how the service could be continued, we will cancel the service ordered by you and we reserve the right to make a full or partial refund, depending on the progress with the service provided.
  • Refunds - If you have ordered a service and we have begun working on it, no refunds will be given except for when there has been a miscommunication from Artisaire's side regarding the outcome of the Service. In this case, the funds should be returned to you as a PRO Credit or according to the original payment method used.
  • Intellectual Property Rights - Artwork created through our services and delivered to you shall be deemed to be a “work made for hire” explicitly ordered or commissioned by you within the meaning of copyright laws of the U.S. or any similar or analogous law or statute of any other jurisdiction, and you shall be deemed to be the sole and exclusive author of the file for all purposes and shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the file. If the file can't be deemed to be a “work made for hire” within the meaning of copyright laws of the U.S. or any similar or analogous law or statute of any other jurisdiction as described above, it will be considered that the File and its exclusive rights have been transferred by this agreement into the ownership of the User without performing separate legal actions.

8. Accounts

  • Termination For Breach - Should a PRO Partner infringe or violate our Shop Policies, they will receive email notice to the account on file and purchasing will be disabled until the breaches have been resolved. Failure to correct infringement in 30 days may result in account termination. In case of copyright or trademark infringement account termination may be effective immediately depending on severity.
  • Account Closure - A PRO Partner may close their account by contacting us at with this request. The account will be closed in 3-5 business days, account data will be deleted and non-recoverable.
  • Termination/Closure Rights - Rights and permissions granted under the Program are revoked with Termination or Closure of a PRO account. Digital Assets like our Mock ups remains the property of Artisaire, and You will no longer have rights to that content.
